Foundry labourer • Bullitt County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Bullitt County, Kentucky. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling The role involves pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture.
