Counter butcher wanted in Broomfield County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Broomfield County, Colorado. On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
