Lift maintenance fitter wanted in Grundy County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Grundy County, Illinois. The job is in a residential tower block. Day-to-day duties: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
