Commis chef wanted in Stone County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Stone County, Mississippi. The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 6+ years on the tools preferred.
