Join our team: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Canadian County, Oklahoma. Day to day you will update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
