Captain waiter wanted in Ikot Ekpene

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Full-time with occasional weekends.
