Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations.
