Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Perry County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 6+ years on the tools preferred.
