Great opportunity: scullery hand (Kansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Norton County, Kansas. You will work in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
