Pipe TIG welder • Isabella County, Michigan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Isabella County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Requirements: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
