Join our team: we are hiring a rebar installer in Platte County, Nebraska. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Day to day you will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
