Grill cook • Charlotte County, Florida

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Charlotte County, Florida. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
