Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Tippah County, Mississippi. You will work at a plant hire yard. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Day-to-day duties: • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
