The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
