Chef de partie wanted in Bayfield County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Bayfield County, Wisconsin. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Full-time, day shift.
