Urgent requirement: restaurant steward (Louisiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Webster Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a beach resort. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; clear and reset tables between covers; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
