Join our team: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Russell County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
