VMC operator wanted in Prince George's County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a VMC operator in Prince George's County, Maryland. You will work in a die and mould making unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Your main tasks: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
