Gas meter installer wanted in Sarpy County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Sarpy County, Nebraska. The job is in a gas distribution network. On the job you will handle: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion 3+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
