Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Holt County, Missouri. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
