Pot washer wanted in Ganye

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Ganye, Adamawa State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
