Great opportunity: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Richland County, Illinois. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. The role involves wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
