Immediate opening: steel fixing chargehand (Katsina State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Zango, Katsina State. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Day to day you will form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. We offer ₦190,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
