Great opportunity: dish pit attendant (Tennessee)

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Sullivan County, Tennessee. You will work in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
