Urgent requirement: dish pit attendant (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Mathews County, Virginia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
