Urgent requirement: powder coating technician (Tennessee)

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Claiborne County, Tennessee. Your main tasks: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
