We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Shomolu, Lagos State. The job is at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking.
