Baker wanted in Langtang North

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Langtang North, Plateau State. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
