Urgent requirement: health and safety supervisor (Louisiana)

Now hiring: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Jackson Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a chemical processing unit. Day to day you will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
