Powder coating sprayer wanted in Bladen County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Bladen County, North Carolina. You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
