Steward wanted in Charles County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Charles County, Maryland. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
