Pipe tig welder — Prairie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Prairie County, Montana. You will be based on an industrial construction site. On the job you will handle: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Requirements: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
