Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in City of Winchester, Virginia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
