Fabrication workshop technician wanted in Howell County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Howell County, Missouri. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop On a typical shift you will fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; take site measurements of openings before fabrication. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
