Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Pondera County, Montana. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Rotating shifts.
