Gas pipeline fitter — Adams County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Adams County, Nebraska. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. On the job you will handle: • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Driving licence for travel between sites Full-time, day shift.
