Immediate opening: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Montgomery County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Day to day you will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
