Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Day to day you will keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
