Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Augusta County, Virginia. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Rotating shifts.
