Immediate opening: we are hiring a garment presser in Cleburne County, Arkansas. You will work in a tailoring workshop. You should have: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Day-to-day duties: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Give each garment a final press before packing Rotating shifts.
