What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
