Vacancy available: pipe TIG welder (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Robertson County, Texas. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to pass a weld test on the spot At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
