Urgent requirement: oven operator (Adamawa State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Mayo-Belwa, Adamawa State. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦130,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
