Safety marshal — Wells County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Wells County, Indiana. You will work at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions The role involves carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points.
