Scullery hand — Midland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Midland County, Texas. You will work in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
