We are recruiting: safety marshal (Kogi State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Ogori/Magongo, Kogi State. The role involves: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
