You should have: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets On a typical shift you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line.
