Gantry crane operator wanted in Harvey County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Harvey County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; work out the load weight and the lifting radius. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
