Requirements: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Day-to-day duties: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
