Urgent requirement: turning centre operator (Wisconsin)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Polk County, Wisconsin. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Load and index turning tools in the turret Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
